We Can Ride is very thankful to be a part of the Harvest Horse Show throughout the years. Through this unique opportunity and great relationship, we are able to reach and serve more people with disabilities and special needs in your community. It’s not only the monetary support that is appreciated – it’s the help in getting the word out. Since our relationship with the Minnesota Hunter Jumper Assoc and the Harvest Horse Show began, we’ve gained more clients, countless volunteer hours, horses, tack, instructors, and certainly friends and a sense of community.
We Can Ride is on the cusp of great change. The property of our main site is changing and we will not be able to provide services from there after this change. They have given us notice, but we are unsure of the time frame. The 33+ year long relationship with the county has been superb and we are so thankful for those years. We Can Ride is looking for options for a new home as well as accepting donations to help us with a new facility and the cost of the relocation. If you have any ideas or would like to help out, please contact us for more information.
We will have two riders and horses showing off their skills during the Grand Prix on Saturday night. Please come and watch them- they love the crowd! Don’t forget to stop off at our booth to learn more and pick up some raffle tickets!
Thank YOU, the Minnesota horse community, for your continued support throughout the years. We are so touched by even the smallest measure. What may seem like just a saddle, only a few dollars, or just a few hours really means so much to the riders and horses. We’ve said it before, but it is honestly true: Because of you, We Can Ride.
